Excellent work as usual Derek. Ultimately I think that companies will manage the bulk of these 3 social spheres in the same place with the same tools and management team, this phased approach forces people to consider the varying needs and value propositions of each of these very different constituencies (Employees, Partners, Customers) and put action plans in to support each.
